bootloader fix?

Okay, so I did something stupidish and now need to fix it. I was trying to remove Ubuntu 12.04 from my M90. Easy, booted to XP and formatted the two EXT4 partitions. I should have fixed the MBR right then, but I did not, and it hibernated, so I am stuck out of XP and with no Linux. :(
Okay, now what can I do? I have a windows 7 disk that I can use if it would help, but the startup repair still netted a GRUB missing error on restart. Is there something else I could do with it? or am I stuck out for good here?

If all you ran was XP and ubuntu, then you'll need a xp disk to boot to recovery console and run the fix mbr and fix boot commands.

yes. All that was on it was XP and ubunu. I was hoping there was a way to fix it without a XP disk, cause im 90ish miles from my disk. dang.

okay, how big is that, and can I use YUMI and install it to USB? I am only able to get internet here via tethering to my iphone, so not a lot I can download.

okay, I am confused. I downloaded it, YUMI installed it to USB, booted to it, and hit enter under detect OS, and it booted a list that had win 2k/xp and 2 linuxes shown. I know the linuxes are on the USB it was installed on, but did it install the bootloader? or will I need to still fix XP via command line?

there should be an option to reinstall the winows mbr on that menu. I'ts been a while since I've used it so memory is a bit fuzzy.
