BOOTMGR is missing

I have a windows 7, core i3 custom pc I'm building for the first time,it booted the first time and had a operating system error the I restarted now it has a "bootmgr is missing" error but I don't have a CD input part and I don't know what to do now

Well it sounds like you need to reinstall windows. Do you have more than one drive in your system?

MBR must be corrupted. You can use MBR repair tools.
