Boson 3.0, starting build, Noob to building PC's

I am a noob to building PC's looking to use the Boson 3.0 as a starting build, from what I've gathered the case and PSU are bad. Any advice on a cheap upgrade? (Can be more.) Or, how to get internet on it wirelessly, as I haven't the first clue on how to do that.

You'd be better off just giving us a budget and starting out with a good build from the get go rather than some dude's "best" build and trying to Frankenstein it together afterwards.

Not much, as for me money is tight. 350-450ish.
(EDIT I'm not looking for an over-haul of the build, but any upgrades that still fit into the price-range would be great, but if the overhaul is much needed, then, go nuts!)
