bottleneck

I just upgraded my computer, but some things still seem like they take a while to open. What do you think the bottleneck is? I'm thinking its because of the hard drive. Do you think if I upgraded to a 10k or 15k rpm hard drive I'd see a noticeable difference? Specs:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Due e6400
Mobo: Gigabyte 965G-DS3
Ram: Corsair MXS2 DDR2-800 1gb (soon to be 2gb)
HDD: Seagate 320gb sata 3.0gb/s
