Bought a GTX 1070

I bought a new graphic card gtx 1070 g1 and it says
Boost: 1822 MHz/ Base: 1620 MHz in OC Mode
Boost: 1784 MHz/ Base: 1594 MHz in Gaming Mode



but i get 1974mhz is it normal ? :)
