Bought a video card for my pc is this a decent one?

So I finally decided to upgrade from my onboard graphics card to this....http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814122008. Is this a decent card to use with my pc http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/...08&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&product=3330044&lang=en.

I thought about going with this one http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814130075 but it seems like the one I bought isn't too far off & my psu is only rated at 300w which is min for the leadtek. Should the stock cooling be enough or adding an extra hand be recommended? Thanks everyone!
 
really? I mean the only games I have right now aren't very heavy on grapics which are Halo & rollercoaster tycoon 3 & the onboard can play them ok....
 
Then i guess that card will be ok for the games you want to play but i doubt you could run and newish games anywhere near high settings
