hey guys, my work had a silent auction for some computers, one of them was broken and i wanted to see what i could do with it, im picking up the computer tomorrow after work, its a dell with a 2.8 ghz processor 512mb of ram, not sure what else, the guy from work said that he thinks the mobo is fried on it, if thats the case, where would i be looking for a cheap mobo to make it work, also does not have hdd, will prolly pick up something cheap for it, want to see if i can get it working and just give it to my brother and sister. any help about the mobo would be appreciated.
I'd check Ebay or Amazon and see if you can find cheap ones.
