Brightness

Okay... I'm having major probs with Brightness..
I can take a screen pic of alot of things (such as the WoW forum web pages)... and they mainly built of of solid black blocks for me.. (maybe with slight colours if I look ever so closely and carefully... I then throw the screen pic into Flash, and add 50% white tint to it, and BOOM, I see different colours rows, and all these details which were black blocks in my brightness...

And yes, I have maxed out BOTH Brightness + Contrast... so what can I do?..
I have changed monitors a few times too, so it can't be that... Is their some program or something?
 
Jabbing at the forums with sly remarks isn't going to get you answers any faster, nor give you any credibility.

However, have you tried reinstalling or updating your graphics drivers?
