bringing up the IE9 setup wizard

When you buy a new computer and you first start IE, it walks you through a setup process that costumizes your browser. What if I cancel that and want to get it back? I ask because I've been asked to write a step-by-step proceedure document outlining how to customize IE9 when it's run for the first time. I'd like to write down my steps as I'm going through it and take some screen captures. Is it possible to bring the step-by-step walk-through back?
 
I assume that's 'reset'. I'm not sure that telling IE to 'rest' would do anything :D.

In any case, it worked!
