Broadband in England

I may be moving to England soon, but I was wondering how much internet access runs and what kind of banwidth you get for it. Please let me know.

good choice of countrys, its a great one anyway, the fastest broadband ive seen available is 8Mb, but this is limited to 1 part of the country atm. the best ive seen is bulldog broadband, it ranges from 2Mb to 8Mb, is the cheapest broadband isp ive seen, and is unlimited bandwith. http://www.bulldogbroadband.com/residential/XPNP/XP/index.asp

I'll be around Mildenhall or Lackenheath AFBs, which I'm not sure where they are at geographically, but I though Euope was using Fiber Opics already

im pretty sure sweden only has fibre optics. well, some other countries might aswell, but britain only has cable, adsl and satelite
