Broadband Router Crashes All PCs

Hi

I have just installed a broadband network (ISP tiscali) in my house with 512 adsl. Using the sagem modem they supplied it works fine but when using a modem router for ethernet any computer on the network will crash after about 20 mins of surfing.

I have tried 2 different modem routers - usr 9105 and d link dsl-504t and exactly the same prob occurs.

Tiscali give these details which are consistent with my router set up:

Virtual Circuit Identifier - VCI 38

Virtual Path Identifier - VPI 0

Encapsulation Mode VCMux

Authentication Type CHAP

Protocol RFC 2364:
PPP over ATM (PPPoA)

Modulation Type G.DMT or Auto


Please can somebody recomend a solution

I had that happen to me when I tried to remove my router you have to type something in the cmd propmt window I forgot what it was but i'll get back to you when I find out, The problem most likely is you did't install the router correctly and now it's being a bitch.
