Broke Gamer, needs advice.

Well I am bit stuck here at the moment, just had my video card start blurring and I imagine that its probably going to go soon. Currently really stuck on a low budget. I currently still own my case that is located in my signature as well as a sata ODD.

so: Currently Own
Keyboard, Mouse, Monitor.
80gb IDE wd hdd
768mb of 400mhz ram
XCLIO 380 color case.
Windows XP OS.
Sata ODD.

Budget around 200usd shipped.

Heres what I was thinking any and all advice appreciated.

I have used the 7950 before In an almost similar build I play a game similar to wow, currently I am using a Dell Optiplex GX270 as in my signature, It works okay but at the lowest settings anywhere from 5-30fps max I would like to atleast get around 40ish.
 
Also been looking at just upgrading the video card in my current crappy system however I know thats just prolonging this computer and the powersupply is going to die. Also mainly worried about the cooling as the only cooling provided is for the CPU. been looking at the 6600gt card, x800 etc as well as agp cards on newegg.com however the selection is quite expensive and is more for mainstream.

would be better options. Thermaltake's power supplies aren't awful, but they aren't exactly good either. For the price, either of the ones I posted would be better options

However, I would just get the PSU and video card now to fix your current issues, and save up because it would be worth swapping to AM3, if you could afford a better processor, but as it is, you would see very little performance gain unless you unlocked the second core to make the chip the same as an athlon x2, however that is hit and miss, because it may not work

Thank you very much, only thing that sucks at the moment is that the motherboard is crap, its agp. So I would not be able to do that upgrade unless I were to purchase a new motherboard. I guess that just might be what I have to do and upgrading to a quad core would not be bad. Im not a hard core gamer either.
