Hi, I just bought a SONY vaio about a week ago. My LCD cracked, and I don't know how. I bought it from a Best Buy and I was wondering if they would be able to fix it for free under something like a 30 day warranty. SONY said they needed to see it, but I don't think they will do it because a cracked LCD can't happen on it's own and technically it would be considered my fault, but even if I did send it, I don't have the time to because I am starting college in a week and I need it. If anyone could help me out here it would be greatly appreciated.
