Browsers' problems. Please help

Recently, about 80% of the times, my internet pages will not load. I will have to press "refresh" many times for it to load (between 10 to 15 times). When it does, there is a high chance of it not loading properly, such as missing images or screwed up format.
here's an example of the faulty format: http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/rr123/ChandIerBing/Untitled-5.jpg

and here's how it's supposed to look like: http://i476.photobucket.com/albums/rr123/ChandIerBing/2-2.jpg

I have Chrome, FF and IE. The problem exists on all 3 browsers. Im currently running Win 7 ultimate. Thanks in advance.

EDIT: i just downloaded Opera. The problem exists there too, though not as bad as the other 3 browsers.

Repair and clean your registry with Registry Mechanic / CCleaner. Also remove all cookies, history etc. Reset your modem by unplugging and waiting for about 15-30 seconds. After 30 seconds you can put it back in

Hey what i'll do is just clean my cookies and history and like the guy above me said reset your router. I experienced not loading pages many times before on my old system and what i did was reset the router and now i dont have that kind of problem. I hope it's the same problem you have.

Oh man this is so often problem today.I experienced it many times and I still do sometimes.I know how you feel...:D

Anyway do this what people above me told you to do and clean your registry inside of the SAFE MODE using Eusing Free Registry Cleaner 2.0 or newer version...
Also make the DISK CLEANUP what is already the part of the Windows operating system.
Also like those guys told you...delete ALL cookies, delete ALL temporary internet files including all offline content and also clear the SSL state, forms and passwords. All this is already the part of the IE.

After all this restart your computer and then make the DISK CHECK process and after that defragment your HDD just in case.Restart your computer after that and tell us if its better now.Oh and don't forget to turn off your router and turn it back on.Leave it off for a couple of minutes...

Cheers mate AND MERRY CHRISTMOUSKI...uhh CHROSTUS...ARGH!!...CHRISTMEZES......nah whatever!:D

LoL I am just kidding.MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!;)
