Hi another BSOD in my other computer.

What's themeaning of this code any idea? Thanks again in advanced.

Sounds like an audio driver... get the latest drivers from your manufacturers website and try that out.
 
Yap I did download all the necessary driver but I saw something like yellow questiom mark on the device manager of 1)multimedia video controller 2) PCI simple communication controller and also 3) usb device. Isn't it that USB device driver no need to download because window XP had it included? I know I separately installed my driver ASUS ATI radeon 512mb graphic cards Is that different than that ?
 
your missing some drivers go to the mother board manufacturer and get all the latest drivers and reinstall them. a chipset driver will probably fix the pci comm. issue. maybe even the USB problem if its a controller problem.
