Bsod, again

This time I don't know why I'm getting it and it's totally a different error

I took a pic of the BSOD with my camera:

At the first time I got it I was doing 2 spyware scans and downloading l4d demo and nvidia driver + some other stuff like browsing internet it was really slow but dont think that was it

I lowered the speed of my gfx card by a tiny amount a bit before that, surely dont think that was it

I rebooted and now before windows even fully starts up (meaning after all the start up programs finish starting up) I get the BSOD and same error.

Help please?

edit: i tried google but all the solutions are too complicated for me to understand

I decided to ask the guy at the pc shop that built my computer for me to help me fix the problem.

It may cost like 10 bucks but at least ill get it fixed, im useless at stuff like that + i dont have the windows boot cd and i cba getting 6 floppy disks which will cost me a bit

Could be anything from corrupt files on your HD to a Bad G card. Pull your G card and run on your onboard, see what happens.

im running chkdsk maybe it can fix it

edit

ok got it working but windows is slow like for example an animated ad freezes for a sec or when i select something i have to wait a second longer or when im typing the cursor stops for half a sec etc..

edit2: works fine now i think gonna run malware scan and see if i can get rid off all my bad stuff

When did you defrag last. It may be worth checking as this cam cause the problems you describe. In Vista and XP defrag is supposed to be automatic but that does not seem to happen. I found I had to go a third party defragger to get rid of the BSOD screens. Havent seen one in months.
