BSOD help

I didnt really know where to put this so i guess here is good. I just finished building my new computer a week ago and its been having random Errors and the only common thing is they always show a system file under the information, other then that its 100% random. Ive tested the RAM with MemTest and it came back no errors, ive run prime95 and cant make it happen on purpose, im pretty sure its hardware but everything chacks out.

have you tried to boot in safe mode?
to acess it, start pressing F8 a few times when you fire your computer,
until you reach a menu and of the options is "safe mode"
press enter on that one and try to enter to windows.
once there:
click start,run,cmd
and inside of the black window type:
chkdsk/f

and then press enter
What is gonna do is test your sectors in HDD and see if some files are corrupted
and he gonna try to rebuild them.
after he finished, reboot your machine normally and see if everything is ok.
