BSoD Vista 0x00000019

Hey all,

I'm working on my new computer (A few minor differences, I have Blu-Ray and a different case). I have a fresh installation of Windows Vista Ultimate, and I'm getting a BSoD with error code 0x00000019. It happens like clockwork, almost everytime right before log on, or a minute or two after log in. It's always the same error. So far, I've made sure Windows is completely up to date and activated. I ran Memtest pretty extensively, and chkdsk. Neither came up with a problem. I do not BSoD at all in Safe Mode, making me think it's software. However, I disabled all startup items and non-Microsoft services, and I still get the blue screen. My only other thought is drivers. Is there a driver update for the Intel HD 2000 (the i5 integrated)? If so, could someone point me to it?
And if anyone has any other ideas on what I can try to resolve this, it would be much appreciated.

Thank you!
