BSoD

Hi guys i’m new to this Discussion
build a newly pc on (23rd of June) and i'm having "BSoD" on literally every game i played..
at first 3-4 weeks it was all okay after that i'm having some issue on games like
CSGO, Doom, Witcher 3, PUBG , etc (all high setting)

MY RIG
i5 9400F
RTX 2060 (MSI Ventus XS 6GB OC)
8x2 ram (XPG @2666)
MB - H310M pro-VH-PLus (MSI)
2tb WD HDD
240GB SSD (Adata)
and AnTEC VP 550P 80 plus

I’ve had this problem
-freezing right in-game (all in high setting) and automatically restart it with sometimes that “Machine Check
Exception)
-already check with a medium setting and lower @100 and 120HZ
-I ran the test for ram and processor (it’s fine)
-already update my Nvidia driver
- clean up my Pc
-already re-install and the game

What do you guys think..
will it be on MB or GPU (manufacturing defect) ?
Please suggest any helpful tip

Download BlueScreenView
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Here is the download link

Well I can tell you right now that code 124 is a hardware failure. But lets get those 5 files uploaded so I can debug them. Zip them up and attach these to your next post.

You need to specifically navigate in your pc to the file location. Access the minidump folder and send each of those dmp files to a compressed folder and then attach it to your next reply.

C:\Windows\Minidump\080520-8765-01.dmp
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-10187-01.dmp
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-13453-01.dmp
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-9203-01.dmp
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-9125-01.dmp

I will post which dmp files have what issues.

C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-9203-01.dmp Faulted on HD-player.exe which is part of bluestacks software
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-10187-01.dmp Faulted on HD-player.exe
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-13453-01.dmp faulted on HD-player.exe
C:\Windows\Minidump\080520-8765-01.dmp Faulted on csgo.exe and referenced nvidia file as that would be your video card.
C:\Windows\Minidump\080320-9125-01.dmp Faulted on ntkrnlmp.exe which is part of windows and inconclusive.

My advice would be to update your video card driver and also the network driver for realtek. The 3 involving hdplayer referenced the network driver.

1. I got no issue for Bluestack when before i re-install windows on 3rd of Aug!!
2. Ye i'm done using Bluestack after that crash (BsoD)
3. I'm on the latest version of Nvidia Driver.
4. I use internet connection using Wifi PCI-E (TP-link - Archer T4E ) or sometimes from a mobile device using USB connection (Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing #2)
5. " The 3 involving hdplayer" so these 3 are from Bluestacks?
6. Faulted on ntkrnlmp.exe which is part of windows and inconclusive - (what does this mean ?)

Means its faulted on a windows file and didn't reference anything else, so its inconclusive on what actually caused it.
5. " The 3 involving hdplayer" so these 3 are from Bluestacks?
Or something using Bluestacks, Like i said, it also referenced something with your internet driver, might want to update wifi driver then.

Its gonna take more time to figure this out. Do you have any more recent crashes then August 5th?

[/QUOTE]

ahh!! well after 8th Aug I haven't played or boot the system as I mention "I pull out the Cooler and it was a pin and i put the pin back again on 27th
TBH i'm in kind of in a test RN it's just one stick of ram instead of 2 and no crashes on 2nd day..
i'll putback the 2nd ram and test it again if it didn't crash on the 7th day..!!
