Budget Board

I'm having a tough time deciding between these two boards, the MSI is the one I am going with as of now, however I recently discovered this Gigabyte model. Which one do you guys think is better.

I would vote for the GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P motherboard. It has good features and Gigabyte has the best quality control presently in the market with motherboards.
