Since the RAM is so cheap, id recommend doubling up and going with 4gb that way, you can disable the paging file on XP for extra performance. Everything else looks great!

Its $550 so A little over budget but its a truly great machine and I'd settle for nothing less

PSU - That Thermaltake only have 70% efficiency...
I suggest getting PC Power & Cooling Silencer PPCS500 500W or CORSAIR CMPSU-450VX 450W
