Budget Build

I am building another computer for Christmas this year, and would like to know what you guys think. At first, I was going to go with the AMD Trinity, but decided against it as my current Athlon is quite a bum compared to even my old Intel Core 2 Duo.... It's a shame..... So I want to get an Intel processor this time around. I was hoping an Intel i3 3225 Ivy Bridge. I am planning on not having a video card either, since my budget is $400. Any ideas? Here is what I have so far ( Oh, and I am NOT using any parts from my current build, I am hooking this one up to my TV, and I don't need an operating system.) :

CPU

Mobo

RAM

Keyboard & Mouse

DVD Drive

WIFI Adapter

HDD

Case/PSU

Oh, And if you wanted to know, I am using this computer mainly for gaming, so I am going to get a new GPU for my birthday in May. I don't mind Medium-Low settings.

to start of with your mobo is out of stock
ur ram link leads to you mobo
and the things you have selected can be purchased cheaper.
What i recomend is getting the case and psu u have selected from newegg.com
but the rest of the build i have out sourced for you. i think this build will be ideal for you.
have a look
