I am want to upgrade my current spec of my computer this is what I currently have:
Intel celeron processor 2.70ghz
1280mb ram
Nvidia geforce 9500gt

I will wanting to play games time to time but it will be for web surfing and school work

This is a list component which I am looking to get.

The PSU the case comes with will be rubbish, don't use it. Get this instead http://www.ebuyer.com/271798-corsair-430w-v2-cx-series-psu-cp-9020046-uk I had a system die today because I used a crap PSU, so it's important you get a good one.

What graphics card are you going to use (if this is for gaming)?

That CPU is decent but the FX-4300 is newer so I'd get one of those instead. Should still work with that board, but I will check for you and let you know if it does or not. :) **EDIT: yes, the FX-4300 will work with that board, so I'd recommending getting that over the Phenom.

Otherwise looks OK. Case is a bit on a cheap side with no cable management features. Zalman Z9 is cheap and at least gives cable management options.

Just going to uses the current graphic card until I got more money
 
Yep will all work but don't get the FX-6100, get the FX-6300. It's newer and a much better buy. :)
