Here is my budget build. No real goals for this thing in mind, just everyday computing. Make any suggestions you like.

I would spend $10 more and go for a higher quality case, also for $100 you can easily get a 1080p monitor, so why not?

Pretty good, but like springwater said, get a better case by NZXT, and a better monitor. And DEFINITELY a better PSU, that one is crap. A corsair CX430 is a good one. Other then that, it's pretty good.

Get a better case and PSU.

The Corsair CX 430 or 430M would be a good choice of PSU. The M would be best because it's modular and you can save on cables http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139049&Tpk=cx430m

I suggest you go for single stick of 4GB RAM which make it easier to upgrade in future. Your chosen mobo only have 2 RAM slot.

CPU - can consider A6-6400K as well
