Ok i plan on building a cumputer here is what i have in mind:
-Pentuim 4
-512mb Ram or greater
-Not so great graphic/sound cards(integrated will do fine)
-20-80gb Hard Drive

Keep in mind this is on TIGHT budget, and if worst come to worst i can interchange parts with my friend's gaming pcs.
What are some good parts for building on a budget
 
Basic Word processing,internet browsing, Basic mmorpg's Runescape Endless
Online. I m think of waiting for a deal like last week in bestbuy onn a laptop, 1024mb ram, VistaPremium, DVD-rw $400,and Intel Celeron M processer i think. Thats what i m probably going to do^
 
that sounds good. its hard to build that well for under 500 because prebuilts have these licenses that make the lower prices better deals
