You could just drop the video card for now. Get a better setup with onboard video. Use the onboard for right now, till you can save up for a better card. Instead of getting lowerend hardware just to hit your 350 buck limit.
canadian, what's your problem with llano, it's integrated gpu is as powerful as those, and later on you can get a better gpu that works with the integrated to be even more powerful
