It looks good to me you might want to go with intel C2D. Hope you enjoy it, and I know what you mean by needing to stay in budget. ;)

Wholy crap this forum is fast.

These prices are not final. I plan to find everthing from second hand sources like eBay and local computer stores at MUCH lower prices.

Also, is everything compatible?
 
I really hate not having money. I currently am trying to play Halo and Half Life 2 on a 4 year old laptop with integrated video. I'm DEPRIVED!

If you're curious I'm playing on a Latitude C640.
