Budget gamer card help

My brother wants to upgrade his old FX5500 to a better card. It has to be AGP since he only has enough to get a graphics card. I was thinking about getting him the 6600GT for about $120 after a rebate:

Is there anything better for under $120? He doesnt want to go over $120. It doesnt matter if its ATi or nVidia.

The other comps specs are:
Athlon XP 2800 (Barton)
1GB Corsair VS RAM
Abit A7N8X
It doesnt really matter much since he will be grdually upgrading from this.

The 6600GT is the best graphics card for $120. It has been one of the best deals for a long time.

A superb deal if it stays at that price . It could be a good buy, but remember that the 6600GT will give much better performance.
