Budget Gaming Pc

Well, I'm thinking of buying a computer. I don't have alot of money.. I want a cheap computer that can run css on medium settings. I don't need a crazy a$$ video card, either. I guess under 500$$ (Cdn) THE CHEAPER THE BETTER!

Any ideas?
I'll be only mostly playing css on this, only.

Can someone maybe give me links / specs to a cheap custom build or to just a n already built computer. (Please "build" me a cheap one)

Hard drive: 80gb

Disk drive: A 16x dvd burner/drive

Video card: Nothing special.. Sparkle GeForce 7300 GT possibly?

Mother Board/CPU: Asus A8S-X SiS Socket 939 ATX Motherboard and an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.20GHz OEM Processor (something like that)

Ram: 1gb

Power: 430w (ish)

Cooling: No f'kin idea

Case: Anything cheap, but not to hard on the eye.

Any other things I forget?

a 300-400 dollars hp will do the job. no bling blings so you dont have to worry about blinding yourself

You can build something like that for less than $300 if you shop at the right places. If you want a prebuilt machine, maybe a Dimension C521 / C520 would be your answer.

I'm upgrading my desktop to 1GB ram so I can play css and it has a graphics card and it is 64MB so i'm hoping that will do for now.

I just built a box well, I had the dvdrw, 120gb hd already, I bought a mach speed p4m800d mobo, 1 gb ddrpc4200 ultra ram, and a pentium d 3.0 ghz which all totaled about 302.00 usd. Don't know what that is in canadian. You can get a gig stick of ultra pc4200 ddr2 for 40 bucks now. The mobo is around 80 now and the cpu is around 80 as well. I have a geforce 6200 agp card that gives me 60-70 fps and it runs great. the card prolly goes for about 50 now. And thats all usd. Don't know if this will help, but I tried.
