Used? You mind a used Monitor? Anything cheaper than that is either used, or new, but probably not worth it.

I wouldn't write off used so fast. I got a clean used 15" NEC two years ago for $40 and I'm still wondering why they let it go. Clear, sharp as a tack, accurate color. Get thee to a shop that sells used computer gear. Stick to NECs and Sonys, IMHO.
