Budget video card

Hey guys, my brothers birthday is coming up and he wants a new video card as he doesnt really have one at the moment.

He has an asus P4P800S-x mother board

I am looking to spend about $70 so i know i wont get anything too special.
what do you guys reccomend the best thing i could get for this.

Well he is only running a P4, 3.0Ghz, so he wont b running the best games
He is into the Star Wars games and stuff.
Can someone please state an actual card or chipset for me as i dont really know much about GPU's

$84 Asus 7600gs. Great budget card, Get him KOTOR, if he doesn't already have it.

well i took out the 9200 that was in there and put in a spare 5200 i had.
he can play his star wars on it so he is happy,
