is it possible to put MAC osX on a computer that you built? the reason i ask is my friend uses MAC osX and he doesnt want to pay all that money for the hardware... anyone know?

Yes, it's a hacked version of OSx86, which enables it to run on x86 hardware

Technically, no, you can't build a mac, but just make one run on PC hardware. Though...how's the hardware support with that?

This seems like a really cool thing. I'm waiting for the day i can run OsX on my pc at home i use it at work and love it but dont have the money to buy a mac lol

Hardware support is getting pretty good actually. I'm a mod on that forum, I go by the name 'SABR'
There are many drivers being made by the forum community for graphics cards, sound cards, etc... and I have my LAN Card working too. Unfortunately, SATA isn't working on nForceX boards, however, my PATA drive works just as well.If you need some help getting it to install just give me a shout
