Build a PC for Lovely?!

hehe.

hi, i'd like to take this time to ask how y'all are doing. good? good. ;)

now on to business. i have a 945gz motherboard with a pentium d 2.8ghz that i want to turn into a COD4 machine for $200

What i've got:
Mobo
CPU
RAM
Monitor
OS
HD

What i need:
GPU
PSU
mouse/keyboard
heatsink


if its possible to make this thing a gamer, i know someone here can pull it off. i was thinking about something like a 4650 or 9800gt for video card, but anything works!!!

I think you should get a better motherboard as well. that way you can upgrade to a newer dualcore. Remember, a pentium d is just 2 pentium 4 dies on the one chip.

Sorry to be unspecific. it has a 945gz chipset with 1 pci-e x16 slot, 3gb of ram, and a pentium d 820 @2.8ghz. thats pretty much it i think :(
 
I wouldn't put too much money into it. 4870 is still an amazing GPU for the price. You can get one for $170.49 Don't spend too much on a mouse and keyboard, they don't really matter. Heatsink, just get anything that looks like it works on Newegg. Not sure how much wattage you need so i'll let someone else handle that.
