I have arctic silver 5 thermal compound. It made a difference in temps along with arctic cooling freezer 7 pro on my pentium d. It is so hot its unbelievable its still running after 4 years. Couple of times i've hit 105 degrees celsius. Right now i idle at about 60 and when under load it goes up to 75 :p
