build idea...

Okay, I had an idea about now for a AMD based build for a cheap out option but I don't know what I can do with it to work.

okay, budget : $310 total
What I absolutely want: Extreme 4 990FX (PS2 ports, IDE, Floppy and SATA III) or any board with said ports on 990FX or 890FX.

I have: HD4870, 120GB SATA II HDD, Cooler.

So what can I put together to fit the budget and such? All it will be doing is running React OS, probably a Linux and maybe FAH.

but would still need a floppy drive, and power unit. Nothing extreme, just enough for the system and a upgrade to quad core, maybe FX8120 in the near future.

Don't see any problems, looks good. Any idea about RAM?

none yet. Just whatever is cheap. But for now this is an idea only. I am trying to figure what I can do. If I do this I won't be able to get a camera.
