Build me a computer!

I thought I would give some of you bored people a project. You might of seen my last post about Dual-Core's where I got told off on them. So here is what I want:

Budget: $2000 CND including 14% worth of taxes. (7% GST, 7% PST)

I want you to build me a computer that fits that budget, that will run Photoshop , etc. And be able to run Half-Life 2 (Counter-Strike: Source). I want the computer to run Half-Life without a problem, with good FPS and no lag.

I need either 17" or 19" LCD monitor.

1 GB of RAM.

At least 100 GB Hard-Drive.

AND BEST OF ALL, all parts must be available at http://www.bestbuy.ca ! (All of these prices are in CND so maybe start here).

I am actually going to use this info to buy my computer TOMORROW!

Please and thank you.

Regards,
Doggie

Sorry, but you can do that yourself...

-but I'll say that you should either use tigerdirect as stated before, or newegg.

I like Newegg.com a lot but don't know if they ship to Canada.

He may get a discount at BB or something may be why he wants to order from them.

Aperently tigerdirect.ca has more expensive prices then the american (yes, I am keeping in mind the conversion). I spent a while tweaking it so here it is:

All prices CND

MSI Neo4-F
Athlon 64 X2 3800+
1 Gb OCZ Platinum
Conect3D X850 XT
Hitachi 160 Gb SATA
Enermax 535 Watt
Coolermaster Centurion 5
Lite-On DVD-ROM
Logitech MX310
Logitech Multimedia Keyboard
Hyundai L70N

Subtotal: $1,852.89
S&H + Tax: $2,034.25
$50 mail in rebate from monitor: $1984.85 :)

If anyones interested thats $1,703.66 US so its a pretty good deal considering it comes with everything.

Thanks.

But I noticed that I would still have to pay $2,034.25 and I only have $2015. And I need Windows XP included into this price.

try www.lucomputers.com

great prices, and they can put together a custom PC for you. I dont know what their shipping prices are like because i am local to them so i pick up my orders.

2000$ will get you a nice computer from there, including taxes and a decent LCD as well.

i spent 1700 with no monitor and got a decent PC.
