I've got all the parts i need (except RAM, which was a major setback) and i'm pretty sure everything is hooked up right. I turned it on and no sparks flew so I think that's a good start. However, the Monitor won't pick up a signal from the computer. I have a theory though. As previously stated my build doesnt have any ram in it, and I know that when it boots it runs through POST. Could it be that because there is no memory, that it will not allow the next step (which I'm assuming would be audio/visual output) to occur untill I fix the memory problem?
I hope that is all it is.... But I've learned a lot through this process!!!! I'll post pictures soon of the progress. :]
