All your parts look good, but I do have one suggestion. Your power supply is adequate, but you may want to look at a 600 Watt power supply or get a processor that is 95 Watt or lower.

This processor is powerful, but a little slower than the Phenom II 955. It is a 95 Watt processor and $17 less in price:

AMD Phenom II 945 Deneb (3.0 gigahertz) Quad-Core 95 Watt Processor - $190

You may also need to do a BIOS update to version F4 on the motherboard in order for the Phenom II 945 processor to work correctly.

okay thanks and how would I do the update?

You may need to do a BIOS update. It depends on what BIOS has already been loaded on to the motherboard.

I downloaded my BIOS update from the Gigabyte website. Then I stored the needed files on my flash drive and used it to do a BIOS update with the Gigabyte motherboard. Gigabyte has a good computer manual that comes with the motherboards they make. It gives clear precise instructions on how to do a BIOS update.

You can download the F4 BIOS files from this site:

What's OS will you install ? No need to pay more money on memory if 32bit system, I think the price of memory will higher in short term becuase win 7 released
