To play the lastest games on ultra you'll need a 560Ti/6950 or bigger.

The 54000rpm drive is too slow. Go for Western Digital Black.

The tall heat spreaders on that model Vengeance will restrick HSF choices. The stock cooler will fit but you'll want a 3rd party cooler at some point. If you use water/allin1 cooler then the RAM listed works. Take a look at G.Skill Ripjaws/Ares or Vengeance LP(low profile).

If your planning to SLI down the road 750w might be ok but power supply needs to be revisited after GPU/SLI decisions.

The case has no interior features for the hardware. There should be better for about the same $ and even better yet for a bit more.

Where are you so we'll know where you can buy from?
And what's the budget?

If You buy the OEM version of Wndows, it will be mated to the Motherboad. Meaning you will not be able to transfer to another system down the line someday.

You don't need a Caviar Black, something like this would be cheaper and just as good - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148840 1TB in size, 64MB of cache, 7200 PPM - pretty much all you need. It's a lot cheaper than a Caviar Black too.

That case looks pretty old to me, has no cable management, go for a Carbide 300R if you can afford it or the HAF 912 perhaps.

Where does it say need.
The TS picked WD, I picked WD. And I'm sure I will again.
Only the rest of the build and where it's bought will determine if it's a lot.

You suggested the Black, I suggested a cheaper drive which was just as good, doesn't matter that the one I suggested is a Seagate and not a WD.

I'm going fore a water cooling system in the future so will this RAM work then

Corsair Vengeance 16 GB DDR3 1600MHz
4x4GB, CL9, 1.5V, 240 pin

I don't know if Minecraft plays better if its on a ssd. I think it will only load faster. Maybe a Minecraft player will advise.

If the cpu will ever have an air cooler, then low profife memory such as Vengeance LP or GSkill Ripjaws/Ares would be best to use to make sure the air cooler fits. 16GB is a lot considering gaming won't use 8GB. Save your money and get 8.

GS isn't one of their better ones and there's probably better for what you'll pay. If you go with single gpu setup, you can get a newer/better quality ps and maybe have some $ left over towards a better gpu.

For a single current gen GPU, the most you will need is 550W (yes, even the 7970 can be run at 550W even with heavy overclocking).

Finale list
