I am looking to build my own PC, but I need some help. I have most of the parts picked out of what I would like but need some suggestions. Mainly, the computer is for video (youtube, and some editing) & just other random internet viewing. Would all these parts work together??

With that said, what kind of Video card,sound card, hard drive, and networking card should I get? I'll only be using Wi Fi if that helps
 
Alright, the parts you have will all work together for sure. The question is, do you need additional USB slots? That card, while small in size, can only fit in one of two slots on the board. That space may need to be used for a video card. Also, what kind of video editing will you be doing? If you are going to be doing excessive editing, lots of effects, do you want to view all this in real time?
 
Alright, cool. Well, I would need 1 more USB port because I constantly run my external hard drive, IPod, & mouse on USB. As far as the video editing - XBox gaming...so yeah...real time would be nice
 
Would a USB hub work? It can increase the number of USB ports without using internal space. As for video editing, workstation cards are amazing when it comes to video editing. They are expensive though, and most of the time, mid to high range gaming cards will do. If you play games though, due to capability issues, you should go with a gaming card.

Now, on that note, just about any mid to high range Radeon or GeForce card will work wonderfully. Otherwise, if you want the workstation performance, I would stick to the Quadro cards. The FirePro cards are pretty good, but more expensive for the quality.
 
Yeah, a USB hub would be fine..actually thought about it for a minute. :)

Wow, yeah I think I'll go with the low end video card...don't won't to spend $500 on a video card. lol

With that said, how about the audio card & networking card?

Well, if you need wireless capabilities, you'll need a network card. Just about anything that says it works with Windows 7 will probably fit your needs. I use hard wires for my desktops so security is not an issue on a closed network. As for audio, the motherboard you listed has onboard audio. If you want to play 5.1, you'll need the correct software to play 5.1 (the correct decoder). Otherwise, that is set up already. If you want higher quality, you'll have to look up the chipset for your audio controller and upgrade.
