Building a basic Computer for 500 help lol

So on a budget of 500 all he wants it for is to download movies and have a massive itunes library no gaming what so ever only CPU heavy thing he will be doing is converting video files into apple format so he can use them on the iphone and apple tv so here is what i got let me have it what needs to be changed? no GPU so the GPU will be be the onboard GPU of the mother board so i get a different CPU that has it built in or should i jsut stay with what i got? main thing he wanted was a Bl ray burner and massive storage and decently quick let me know thanks ahead of time

Intel i3 2120 would fit 500 too. And FX.

Stay away from Foxconn-branded boards, they are terrible. I had one and have used many more. Mine died completely just after a year of use. I know Foxconn make boards for people like ASUS, but their own branded boards are just really bad on the most part.

What Benny has there is good stuff. I would also sell Norton.
