Thermal phase - if you are not overclocking a lot, the one come with heatsink will do.
Or you can off to OEM CPU and get a aftermarket heatsink

SATA cable - it usually come with motherboard.

Windows 7 - Watch out for combo deal with other components

What if I wanted to get dual monitors? Can anyone recommend me good cheap monitors and do I need to buy anything extra?
 
Okay thank you for all the help. I have one last question though. Would I need a cooling system such as liquid cooling or another fan? I'm going with the PSU plus Cooler Master case combo you recommended and ATI 4850 graphics card and the ASRock motherboard you showed me. Thanks
