Building a computer need motherboard help

I am building a computer with a amd athlon 6000+ dual core processor and im not sure wat motherboard to get. I have about a hundred dollars what do u prefer.
 
i know the m2n sli asus motherboard is really nice for overclocking and such, should be right around 100 dollars. I think i saw one open box on newegg.com

Avoid open box motherboards. No manuals, drivers, screws, ect...

And drivers are a big thing. If you can't find them online... and you already bought it :rolleyes:
