Building a computer

I was planning on building a computer using the following components and I was wanting some suggestions on how i could improve it and also what psu is should select.
Motherboard-GIGABYTE GA-X48T-DQ6
Ram-Corsair TW3X4G1333C9DHX
Cpu-Q9550
Video card-ATI 4870 1gb
Case-Thermal-Thermaltake Armour lcs
Hardrives-2 Samsung 320GB 3.5" HD321KJ HDD
Optical drives-LG GGC-H20N/L Blu-Ray/HD DVD Combo Player and 20x dvd burner(already have)
 
Get a quality PSU, a 520-watt Corsair, for example, will easily power your rig, if you're planning on upgrading in the future go for a 600-watt Corsair PSU (or something similar), that will give more than enough room for upgrades. Other good PSUs to look at would be OCZ, Seasonic, certain Antec models, I'm sure that there are many others but I'm not the most knowledgeable person in this area...
 
I was looking at the DFI x48 T3R, do you think that this would be a better motherboard than the gigabyte i.e. would it allow for a better overclock?
