Building a Computer

Hello, I am looking at building a computer. I figured I could get some good advice on this forum. I am looking to build a computer with a $600-$700 budget. I want something that may be good for gaming, and/or browsing the net without lagging. I would like something with a AGP slot. I already have the drives needed, and mouse, keyboard, and moniter. If anyone can give me some advice on what to get within my budget, I would greatly appreciate it!

Well, first with that type of budget you won't get a computer that doesn't have lag. Do you want to go AMD or Intel? I also highly reccomend going PCI-E for future upgrading.

Well i would like a computer at that budget w/ as little lag as possible. I would like an AMD processor.

I'm not sure, but have you checked out some prebuilt deals? I think i saw some that were pretty good, but I might be terribly wrong.
