Building a New Computer Help $800 Budget

Hi. I need help building a new computer. I have a budget of $800. What mother board & CPU would you recommend? I want my computer to be vista ready. I plan on using an nvidia 8600gts video card. I need some recommendations thanks
 
I just built a ~$800 computer (not including the monitor or OS). Check my signature, I really like the setup.
 
For AMD, i would get something like a ~$100 motherboard and a 5200/5600+ For Intel maybe something like a E6750 and a Gigabyte P-35 DS3L. But if you want it mainly for gaming at a small budget you could drop the cpu on either Intel/AMD for something like a 4800+ or a 5200+ and with intel something like a E6420.

I'm actually thinking about using AMD for once. I have been using intel for the pass 6 years. I want the system built for VISTA.
