If i were you i would cut up on the mother board and rather get a better processor, that geil ram isn't all that good, get corsair or gskill, if you plan to game get at least a 8600 as a minimum, stay away from sunbean their products are mediocre

Drop the MB to GIGABYTE GA-P35-DS3R $130
Get a 8600GT/ 2600XT for around $100
CPU change E4500 $145
RAm change CORSAIR XMS2 2 x 1GB CL4 $60 after rebate
PSU CORSAIR CMPSU-550VX $80 after rebate

Only reason why I chose that processor was because its easy to OC it to 3.0 ghz, plus its cheap. I also wanted a SLI mobo so i can add another video card later on. Keep in mind I'm not trying to make a monster lol. Windows XP doesn't have DirectX 10 correct? so why get a 8600? I'm not planning on getting Vista I personally don't like it.

something I also forgot to add my budgets $800.

The lower the voltage on the RAM the better?

For the case is there another site where I can find a black aluminum case with neon green LED Fans.

SLI is crap, you don't get all that much off 2 cards is just a waste of money unless you're planning to SLI 2 8800 gtx/ultra, if you are planning to game with that system go for a single card like a 8600 or a 8800gts, the mother board is overpriced even if you want sli msi has one for like 150$
