Building a new desktop

Hi guys, I need a little help with my build rite now. I'm thinking of build a desktop (gaming purpose) on this spec:

E8600 processor
G-B X48-DQ6 or G-B EP45 Extreme motherboard
2x 2GB Kingston RAM
Seagate SATA 500gb
512 9800GT or 896GM GTX260

my question is, will all of them compatible to each other??I read some of the hardware requirements and I'm confused with some of them...

and can I have some suggestion with a better build, my budget is around 1,3k ~ 1,5k.... Cheers :):):)

well actually I'm thinking of i7 too, but since my budget is only around 1,3-1,5ish
I don't think I will get 'em.
Talking about i7 which one shud I go with??i7-920??and what motherboard should I choose??
