Hello everyone, i am building a new computer and this is going to be my first desktop. In the past i have only bought laptops and i think its time for a change. Here is my newegg parts list, please let me know if i have everything i need and if everything is compatible. Any suggestions are also appreciated, I would like to keep as close to 1500 as possible. If you see something that is overkill compared to the rest of the system, please let me know. Thanks for the help!

That link needs your Newegg account name and password. The best thing to do is to post the links directly to the parts.

I have limited desk space and its almost $150 more

I looked at that CPU and it seemed from benchmarks that the 860 was better. If i am not mistaken, the first number is the series and the second 2 are performance.

more or less yes but the 920 beats the 860. I would get an ati card because they have dx11, are cheaper, and better than Nvidia cards. get 6 gigs of ram so u can run in triple channel (quad channel is available but unlikely to work right now)

go with 920 it has greater bus speed tripple channel memory and the x58 boards are more future proof and specificly for gaming 920 beats 860 and even 870 and also the crossfire and sli is better in x58 boards.
The 860 only has better turbo boost upto 3.16GHz while the 920 has it till 2.93
but 920 is better for overclocking.860 also saves power and p55 mobos are cheaper
