Building a New PC - Critique please!

I'm building a new computer using the money that I have saved up the past month. My budget is around $1800 and no higher than $2000. I've picked out most of the parts and will list them below. Any critique is welcome and appreciated!

Computer Specs:

Case: COOLER MASTER COSMOS

Motherboard: Foxconn

Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 7200

Power Supply: COOLER MASTER 1000w

Processor: AMD Athlon 64 X2 6400+

RAM: Corsair Dominator 2GB

Video Card: EVGA GeForce 8800GTX 768MB

Well, that's what I have picked out so far, but now I get to the part where I really need help from someone who is knowledgeable about Water Cooling. Since I'll be running a AMD Athlon 6400+ and eventually SLI the 8800GTX's I think water cooling would be the way to go. I have chosen a CPU Block, 8800 Block, pump, radiator and reservoir, but they are all subject to change so if you would like to recommend something better then please do! My main concerns are about leaking because a 6400+ and an 8800FTX are terrible things to waste. Ill show you what I have picked out so far for the Water Cooling loop.

Fluid: Fluid XP Ultra (Supposed to be non-conductive in case of leaks)

CPU Block: Swifttech

Radiator: Danger Den OR Swifttech

8800 Block: Zalman

Reservoir: XSPC Passive

Pump: Swifttech

So far that is all that I have chosen for the Water Cooling. I would truly appreciate any help with choosing ANY parts for this PC. If you have heard bad things about any of these parts please let me know.

Feel free to critique, help, shoot me down, etc!

Get a Antec 900 or P180, or a P182.

Foxconn does not make that good of boards in my opinion. Get a P35C-DS3R, or a x38.

Power supply is serious overkill. It will lower efficiency alot. Waste of power.

Intel currently has the edge over AMD, and Intel is the best bang for the buck :)

Get Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB DDR2-800 $37 after rebates :) Get 2 for 4GB.

Get the EVGA PCI-E 2.0 512MB 8800GT too.
 
GPU: 8800GTS 512MB
MB: ASUS M3A / MSI K9A2 Platinum AM2+/AM2 AMD 790FX
But I personally prefer Intel set up.
RAM: too expensive. a pair of $50 DDR2 800 can OC to 1066.
 
Just noticed the CPU. Dump that and the motherboard to a MSI Neo-F P31 or a Gigabyte X38.... And get ClubIT's OEM Q6600 SLACR/G0... Then get Newegg's Rosewill LGA775 Cooler for $14.99 (better than Retail cooler...)

The 900 will not support his watercooling setup. It's too small. The Cosmos will work.

Yeah, I agree. Get the eVGA model. If you're dissatisfied with the performance of the GTS, you can step up to a GTX or Ultra.

He's probably gonna WC the CPU.

Here's a few recommendations:

CPU: Q6600 <- Get that, or wait until the end of January. That's when Intel plans to release it's new 45nm processors.

Currently, nVidia does not plan to support 45nm quad core processors - only dual core. If you plan on running SLi in the future, but want a 45nm processor, you'll be limited to a dual core. I would recommend ditching SLi and get this motherboard: Asus P5E <- Supports PCI-E 2.0, as does the 8800GTS.

If you take my advice and ditch the SLi platform, get the following PSU: OCZ 700W. If you really want SLi support, make sure you get a motherboard with an nForce chipset and a power supply ≥ to 750W.
